Patrick Mulvany, President

Mr. Mulvany is the President of Gulf Coast Energy. With over 18 years of experience in the Energy sector, Mr. Mulvany has supported such high-profile companies as Enron and Cinergy in operations management where he managed and coached diverse teams in high-pressure environments. 

 

Aside from his role at Gulf Coast Energy, Mr. Mulvany oversees the operations and implementation of company-wide projects for National Trading Company II, a natural gas trading hedge fund based in Houston, Texas. He is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government.

Dennis Frost, Chief Financial Officer

 

Mr. Frost is the Chief Financial Officer for Gulf Coast Energy. Prior to this role, he managed operations for the Channel facility and was instrumental in the sale of the facility in 2012.

He is a highly experienced business affairs manager with particular skills in start-ups and companies in transition, with more than 20 years’ experience in the growth and management of small to mid-sized businesses. Mr. Frost studied Economics at the University of Houston.

Ryan Molton, Chief Operating Officer/Sales

 

Mr. Molton is the Chief Operating Officer of Gulf Coast Energy. Prior to his current position, he oversaw the operations of Globalogix, an engineering solutions company. 

 

Mr. Molton also served in the United States Army Special Operations as a Staff Sergeant. He served 12 tours in Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Mr. Molton attended Valdosta State in Southern Georgia where he studied sports medicine.

GerriAnn Constantino, Office Manager

 

Ms. Constantino has over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial duties, managing corporate offices supporting executive needs, and overseeing the on-boarding and training of staff.

 

Currently, she serves as Office Manager of Gulf Coast Energy where she manages the company’s invoicing and reporting, oversees the day-to-day needs of the office and executive staff, and supports all human resource functions.
